About Us
Built on Honest Work
Kittiwake Contracting has been serving Richmond homeowners since 2009 — one job at a time, done right.
Our Story
Our Story
Kittiwake Contracting was founded in Richmond, BC with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor they can actually trust. Someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, charges a fair price, and takes pride in the finished product.
Over 15 years and hundreds of projects later, that idea hasn't changed. We've grown from a one-person operation into a small, tight-knit crew — but every job still gets the same personal attention it did on day one.
We're based in Richmond and work throughout the Lower Mainland. Whether it's a quick repair or a full renovation, we treat every home like it's our own.
"We built this business on referrals and repeat customers. That only happens when you do good work and treat people right."
